2018/2019 ACADEMIC SESSION DLI ADMISSIONS REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration Exercise begins on Monday, 15th July, 2019, at 9.00a.m to 4.00p.m., Mondays to Saturdays at Distance Learning Institute.

Registration is 2k, 

i.       COME WITH THIS FOLLOWING, WHEN COMING FOR YOUR SCREENING REGISTRATION 

1. Handwritten Letter of Preparedness to pay all service charge
2. A reference Letter from Employer or Sponsor

iii.     A reference Letter from one of a Lawyer, Clergy, Imam or Senior Civil Servant

1. Generate the following

(a)  Screening of New Students 20.18/20.19 Form

(b)  Student Information Form

(c)  Health Service Questionnaire and the

(d)  Students Entrance Medical Examination Form

Registration is 2k, 

Applicants are to proceed to Admissions Office at the Distance Learning Institute (DLI) along with the following documents (original and photocopy) for the registration exercise:

1. Printed Online Application Form
2. 20.18 JAMB Registration Slip
3. Testimonial (Primary or Secondary)
4. Birth Certificate/Sworn Affidavit that predates the admissions advertisement.
5. O’Level Certificate{s)
6. All higher certificates for Direct Entry
7. NYSC Certificate/NYSC Exclusion Certificate for Direct Entry
8. Marriage Certificate and Newspaper classification for Married female only.
9. Online generated Screening of New Students 2018/2019 Form
10. Online generated Student Information Form
11. Online generated Health Service Questionnaire
12. Online generated Students Entrance Medical Examination Form

Registration is 2k, 

Successful applicants should proceed to Step 2 after 24 hours of submission of the documents listed above in (a – j).

 STEP 2: CONTINUE REGISTRATION

1. Admission letter to be generated from JAMB website.
2. Click on “Generate/Regenerate Fees” to generate fees for the 2017/2018 session.

1. Print out course registration form, biodata form and bring along with documents listed on (i – viii) under Step 3 to the Admission Office at DLI to complete Registration for student’s records.

Registration is 2k, 

STEP 3: FINAL ENROLMENT

Proceed to Admissions Office at DLI with the underlisted documents:

1. Admission Letter
2. Online generated Letter of Acceptance

iii.        Online generated Student Payment Receipt

1. Completed Health Service Questionnaire
2. Completed Students Entrance Medical Examination Form
3. Online generated biodata form

vii.       On-line Course Registration Form Approved by Course Adviser

viii.      Letters: i. Handwritten Letter of Preparedness to pay all service charge

1. A reference Letter from Employer or Sponsor

iii.    A reference Letter from any of a Lawyer, Clergy, Imam or Senior Civil Servant

*   All Letters must be original and duly signed.

1. Photographs – passport size (4 copies with name and matriculation number on the reverse side).

Registration is 2k, 

NOTE:    ALL STAGES IN THIS PROCEDURE MUST BE COMPLETED FOR AN APPLICANT TO BE DUL Y REGISTERED.
