The minimum entry requirement is CREDIT in five subjects including English Language and Mathematics in SSCE/NECO or its equivalent and which must be obtained at not more than two sittings.

Direct Entry (Year 2)

In addition to the satisfaction of the minimum entry requirement of CREDIT in five (5) relevant subjects as above. Candidate must possess either:

  1. National Certificate of Education (NCE) with at least Merit grades in two relevant teaching subjects.
  2. The National Diploma (ND) in relevant fields with a minimum of lower credit.
  3. The Joint University Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) certificate with at least Credit grades in two relevant subjects.
  4. C.E. A’ level with at least Credit grades in two relevant subjects.

Direct Entry (Year 3)

Candidates for admission into Year 3 are required to have Bachelor’s degree with minimum of a PASS OR HND with a minimum of lower credit in relevant discipline obtained from tertiary institutions recognized by the senate of the University of Lagos.

This is the most convenient part time programme in unilag. Unilag Part time entrance form is very much on sale now. Those that register Unilag Part time form on time may be in a good position to see their names on the first batch. It is first come, first serve (That’s is if there is no entrance exam for unilag dli programme or Saturday study). The official closing date of UNILAG Distance Learning Institute Part time form for 2020/2021 session is 31st of July, 2021 (Extended sales of form till July 31st 2021). Therefore, University of Lagos faculty DLI part time programme has announced that all completed application forms are to be submitted. No closing date for now. Unilag dli part time Form is still selling and screening date will be made known soon. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by. Lecture is only Saturday and its very flexible.

University of Lagos Distance Learning part time programme application form for 2020/2021 session is still selling till now. Unilag dli part time form is scheduled to end soon, precisely July 31st 2020. Students that apply early and update their necessary required documents stand a better chance of being admitted on time. No examination is required for admission into the programme. The lecture days is only Saturday (weekend). For now, Unilag Dli part time study does not hold lectures on Sunday.

Good to know that unilag dli/weekend entrance application form is very much on sale now and anybody with five credits in O’level can enroll for this programme. Two sittings in O’Level is allow. You can also do installment payment. It is a part time programme that is very good for a working class person. The entrance application form is N18,250 only. The study centre is on UNILAG campus and its every Saturday (sometimes two or three Saturday in a month). Applicants must have relevant professional experience, plus any ONE of the following three qualifications:

(a)    WASSCE/SSCE/GCE/NECO (O’ Level) or its equivalent with credits in five subjects including English Language and Mathematics and at least two other science subjects; at not more than two(2) sittings from the following:

             (i)     B.Sc. Education Biology

              Biology, Chemistry and one other Science subject of Physics or Agricultural Science.
