The Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC) is a Training Centre of the University of Lagos with the mandate to develop and offer Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificate and other specialized programmes aimed at capacity building, with strong linkages to professional bodies, for the benefit of the target groups in the public and private sectors of the economy.
The Centre was created to handle staff training and development functions with the mandate to develop and offer part-time professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma and other specialised programmes aimed at capacity building, with strong linkages to professional bodies, for the benefit of vast and multifarious target groups in the public and private sectors of the economy.
The main thrust of HRDC’s activities is to provide increased access to quality human capacity development, which is vital for the nation’s rapidly developing economy. Presently, the Centre has over a hundred academic and professional programmes and can readily boast of being the Centre of first choice and indeed ‘nulli secundus’ in providing organisations with socially relevant professional, technical and managerial skills for the development of the nation’s economy.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificate and other specialized programmes of the Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC), University of Lagos (UNILAG), for the 2022/2023 academic session.
The HRDC, UNILAG programmes attract candidates/employees from major organizations within and outside the country and the Centre has impacted in areas relevant to key employment sectors. - Apart from Social Development and Administration (SDA) and Human Kinetics and Health Education (HKHE) listed on Serial Nos. (1) and (2) which are full academic programmes and run on weekends, all other programmes are run on part time (weekend) only.
- Only application payments by the bank will have access to the application form. Applicants who experience challenges may return to the bank where payment was made to request that their payment be posted. (Notification of payment receipt shall be sent to the e-mail addresses of applicants who have paid).
- The password will be as provided in the Surname field in lower case; errors in filling of surname must therefore be reflected in the password used.
- If payment is not made five (5) days after obtaining Payment Reference Number (voucher); the pre-application would be DECLINED. Applicants will then be expected to recomplete the pre-application form to obtain a new Payment Reference Number (voucher).
