TARGET AUDIENCE:
The program is designed for those who are currently working or intend to work in care giving
& healthcare sectors. These include Employees in Correctional services and Juvenile homes,
Healthcare workers on Hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centres and hospices,
Providers of disability services in Early intervention centres, special schools, sheltered
workshops, vocational training centres, disability hostels. It also targets those who want to make
healthcare related services of people, their professional career, etc.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
The programme is open to holders of any of the
following certificates:
a. HND/Bachelor/Masters/Ph.D Degree in
any field,
b. Professional Certificate in Healthrelated areas
or
c. Mature candidates, (25 years and
above) with a minimum of five O’Level
credit passes at not more than two (2)
sittings, and at least, three years of
working experience.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION:
Application forms can be obtained from Unilag Consult, Opp. International School, University of
Lagos. Completed application forms should be submitted to Unilag Consult on payment of
application fee, between 9:00am – 3:00pm Mondays to Fridays.

Applications may also be made through the Programme Coordinator.
